girls tennisTennis is a fun sport for girls who are looking to get involved, there’s no experience required. It is a short season in the summer and it is a ‘lifelong’ sport that can be competitive and for fun. Practices are normally every weekday after school but in the summer they are in the morning. You can expect to see two matches a week and tournaments on the weekends. The uniform is provided and if need be a racket will as well. There are no cuts for tryouts either. “It’s a great way to work on your tan,” Mrs. Fetherston also stated during the interview, “I love all of the different ability levels and it’s a lot of fun for everyone.” Sadly the season is over but once summer comes around check out tryouts and go support the warriors tennis players at a match or tournament.
