Spring+Break+2021

Spring Break 2021 or stay at home break 2021? In previous years the debate between staying home and going on a trip was not even a question, everyone would go on the trip. Due to Covid-19 the debate between staying home and going on a trip is a very serious question. For those who decide it is safer to stay at home for their spring break and are looking for things to do, this is the right article to read. Here are the top four things to do in Wisconsin that will keep families busy and happy covid-19 addition.

Starting at idea number one, Wisconsin Dells. The dells are a happy place and are still open, the only difference is the masks are worn in the halls, restaurants and other places that are not the waterpark. A long with the indoor water park comes the indoor amusement park that is filled with fun, adventurous things to keep kid

s busy, adding on with the bar for the parents to keep them entertained while the kids are busy.

Number two. For a family that is more outdoors, up north a personal suggestion would be Land O’ Lakes, Wisconsin. About five hours from Muskego, Wisconsin. It is a beautiful small town with lovely people. In Land O’ Lakes they have the best restaurants. Personal favorites are Bent’s Camp, Dari Maid, and the lovely, amazing Gateway Lodge.

Number three. Hiking at Devil’s Lake State Park or hiking in general. The beautiful scenery along with great physical activity. At Devil’s Lake the park offer, swimming, biking, nature center & programs, scuba diving, skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, rock climbing & bouldering, boating/canoe/kayak, birdwatching and fishing and hunting. At other hiking sites the scenery is just a nice get away.

Google meet with family.

Lastly, number four. If one’s family is really against traveling anywhere, then a good idea for those families is to rent movies, buy snacks, and binch movies. Make projects and have a vote whose is the best. Have a themed dinner. Have kids cook for parents. Walk the dogs or play with the cat. Write a story. Make some tik toks or even google meet your family.

Overall, spring break is fun no matter where you are. It is a nice little break from school that allows students to just release any stress and relax. It allows parents to spend quality time with their children.
