On April 8th, thirty-four students from MHS FBLA traveled to LaCrosse for the Wisconsin State Leadership Conference. After advancing in their competitive events after regionals early February, these thirty-four students were able to compete at the state level. After arriving on Sunday evening, the conference began right away Monday morning with opening session. FBLA members were given the opportunity to interact with over 2,000 other FBLA members from 273 high schools across the state at this conference, whether that be through attending a keynote speaker, workshops led by business professionals, local business tours, or competitive events. It was a fast-paced three days, filled with activity and opportunity! It was also a very successful few days for our FBLA members, with Muskego FBLA being recognized for their many accomplishments. They were not only recognized as the 5th largest chapter in Wisconsin, but our local chapter also received the Gold Seal Chapter Award and Outstanding Chapter Recognition! Not only did Muskego FBLA excel as a chapter but also as individuals.
