This year the boys volleyball team was unstoppable as they made it to state.  The boys had 18 wins and 12 loses and took 3rd place in the Classic 8 conference.  The boys made it all the way to the state tournament at Wisconsin Lutheran College.  They lost in the  first round to Brookfield East.  This year there were 7 seniors and 8 juniors.  Spectators say that this year they boys are closer than ever and have advanced immensely in their level of skill.  This year there was a huge surprise for all as Jake Strande made a comeback and was able to fight the odds after his injury and came back to play his senior year of volleyball.  After overcoming his injury and working on endless hours and days of physical therapy he astonished many as he came back for his last year on the MHS volleyball court. Congratulations on an amazing season Warriors!
